A Career in Solar Electricity
SBS Solar, a leading family-owned solar design and installation company in Western Montana, is expanding! Position: Installation Technician
Key Qualities: Strong work ethic, good communication, ability to follow directions, and adaptability to work outdoors in varying conditions.
Experience: Solar installation or construction experience preferred; training provided for promising candidates.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday (Day shift), 30-40 hours/week during peak season (March-November), with significant time off in winter.
Compensation: $19.00 – $29.00 per hour, with bonus opportunities and benefits including Simple IRA with company match, medical and dental insurance, and professional development support.
